Enis Oncuoglu graduated from METU Faculty of Architecture as an architect in 1989 and right after started to work at Oncuoglu Architects founded by Hasan Oncuoglu. In 1996 he assumed the general directorate of the company in 1996 after the founder of the office passed away. Enis Oncuoglu also acts as a jury member in many national and international competitions and participates in conferences such as MAPIC, MIPIM, ProEstate, ARKIPARC to share his experience in architecture and real estate issues. Enis Oncuoglu is also a member of the Board of TMMOB Chamber of Architects, TSMD (Association of Turkish Architects in Private Practice), OMIM (Union of Architects of Architectural Faculty of METU), AMPD (Shopping Centres and Retailers Association), TMMMB (Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects Association) and ISCS (International Council of Shopping Centres). Oncuoglu is also one of the founders of TSMD Ankara Architecture Centre and Muğla SMD.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1989, and his master's degree in the same department in 1993. Between 1989 and 1994, he also worked as a project officer under the revolving fund system at the same university. From 1994 to 1998, he worked on various architectural projects in different architecture offices. Since 1998, he has been a partner at Oncuoglu Architects and has been working on projects together with the firm. During this time, he has been a member of the Chamber of Architects of Turkey (TMMOB) and the Turkish Association of Freelance Architects (TSMD). He has contributed to architectural design studios as a part-time instructor. He has participated as a competitor in various invited and national architectural design competitions, winning awards in some of them. Passive building design and watercolour art are his special areas of interest.

In 1995, Engin Öncüoğlu graduated as an interior designer from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Bilkent University. He worked as a designer, project assistant, and site coordinator at various firms. In 1997, he started working at Oncuoglu Architects, where he served as the head of the interior design department and deputy general manager until 2024. He worked on the interior design of commercial, healthcare, residential, and office buildings.

Kaan Oncuoglu graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Minor in Graphic Design Communication from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, USA, in 2018. Following his graduation, he launched his career at his family's firm, Oncuoglu Architects. From January to October 2019, he worked as a freelance architect and site manager at Erginoglu & Calislar Architects. In April 2021, he founded "KODS.UK (Kaan Oncuoglu Design Studio)" in London, UK, where he continues to lead design initiatives. He has participated in numerous international architecture competitions, earning recognition in some of them. In October 2023, he became a founding member and currently serves as the Chair of the London Turkish Architects Association (LTAA). He is currently a board member at Oncuoglu Architects, overseeing the development of conceptual and competition projects.

Ebru Sinan graduated as an architect from the Faculty of Architecture at Karadeniz Technical University in 2003 and began her career as a research assistant in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the same university. After completing her Ph.D. in Architecture, Ebru Sinan served as a visiting faculty member at UCLA from 2008 to 2010. Following this academic experience, she decided to apply her expertise in the private sector. Since 2013, she has been involved in various projects within Oncuoglu Architects, taking on project coordination roles across Turkey, CIS, and UAE regions. She has specialized in advanced project management, contract and interim payment management, and strategic budget planning. In 2024, Ebru Sinan became a board member at Oncuoglu Architects, continuing her work in contract management and project oversight.

After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture at Gazi University in 2004, she began his career at Oncuoglu Architects and has since played a key role as a project coordinator, particularly in significant projects across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. She has gained experience in large-scale projects such as shopping malls, hotels, mixed-use developments, and master plans. She actively participates in concept development, business development, and overall coordination. In 2024, she became a board member at Oncuoglu Architects and continues her work as the general project coordinator.
